SEND Help ("we", "us", "our") is a platform that connects parents and carers of neurodivergent and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) children with independent experts and resources.
We do not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Any expert you engage with operates independently.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or submit your information.
3. No Professional Advice
All information provided on this site is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any expert, advice, or content.
You agree that:
- We are not liable for any advice an expert gives you
- Experts are responsible for their own services, qualifications, and compliance
4. Expert Referrals
SEND Help may share your submitted information with relevant experts who may contact you to discuss support options. We do not guarantee that you will be matched, nor that the services you receive will meet your needs.
5. Payment and Credits
Experts may purchase credits to access referrals. This relationship is between SEND Help and the expert. Parents and carers are never charged to submit a request.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access or misuse private data
7. Platform Use
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the platform at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, SEND Help is not liable for:
- Outcomes of decisions you make based on expert advice
- Emotional distress, financial loss, or damages arising from use of this platform
- Any actions or omissions of independent experts
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SEND Help against any claims or liabilities that arise from your misuse of the platform.
