  • Parent name and contact details
  • Child's first name, age, SEND needs and concerns (special category data)
  • Message content describing what support you need
  • Expert data (qualifications, pricing, website, accreditation)

  • Consent – when you submit a request form
  • Legitimate interest – to match you with relevant experts
  • Special category data consent – when you share sensitive information about a child's SEND needs

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Review your request
  • Identify suitable experts
  • Connect you with experts who may contact you directly
  • Improve our service

We do not sell personal data.

5. Who We Share Data With

We may share your information only with vetted SEND experts who may contact you directly.

We do not share data with advertisers or external marketers.

6. Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored securely in Typeform and/or CRM systems. We retain data for up to 3 years unless you request deletion.

You have the right to:

  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
