The people guiding SEND Help Today

SEND Help Today is led by someone who's lived this journey — and supported by experts who dedicate their careers to helping families like yours.

Founder

Diana, Founder of SEND Help

Diana

Founder & CEO

Diana founded SEND Help Today after navigating years of uncertainty with her own child's neurodivergent journey. Frustrated by fragmented advice, endless waiting lists, and the isolation so many parents face, she created the platform she wished had existed when she needed it most. Diana brings lived experience, deep empathy, and a clear vision: no parent should feel alone when seeking support for their child.

Jessica Reynolds

SEND Consultant & Former SENCO

BA (Hons), PGCert SEND, National Award for SEN Coordination

Jessica spent 12 years as a SENCO in mainstream primary schools before becoming an independent SEND consultant. She understands the education system from the inside and knows what really works when it comes to supporting children with additional needs. Jessica guides our content strategy and helps families understand their rights and options within the school system.

Lisa Martinez

Parent Advocate

Lived experience advocate, mother of two neurodivergent children

Lisa is a parent advocate who has walked the SEND journey twice over. After securing diagnoses and support for both of her children (one with autism and PDA, one with dyslexia and ADHD), she now supports other families through the process. Lisa ensures our platform remains rooted in real parent experiences and speaks the language families actually use — not clinical jargon.

Together, we're building something different.
